MS SANETTE SILKSTONE

CEO and founder of Danté Personnel Recruitment, Sanette Silkstone’s career has stayed on track with the discipline in which she was trained. With more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, Sanette has built on her mission to leave a solid footprint in the Recruitment Industry, both locally and internationally, with the Danté brand growing to eight branches across South Africa.

Sanette’s list of success stories just keeps on growing, with the following included: Successfully running the Danté brand for more than 25 years; start-up of a B-BBEE entity in Recruitment; Online Performance Management System with electronic competency framework who can service different industries; start-up of the Invest in Peoples Potential Educational Trust; Office gateway an HR consulting company; Assessment centres focused on the screening for executive roles.

Her hands-on approach has led to a very successful management model that is a key factor in the success of the Danté brand. As from the start of Danté, Sanette has had one vision: to change lives while making a difference. This vision has not changed and will forever remain the foundation of the Danté brand.

MS Mellissa Rambally

Mellissa Rambally has been appointed as our Group Director and Trustee of the IPP Educational Trust, effective 1 September 2024.

Mellissa’s journey with Danté began in 2018 when she joined us as a Recruiter. Her exceptional dedication and embodiment of our core values—integrity, honesty, teamwork and passion—quickly distinguished her as a leader. In 2021, Mellissa took on the role of Branch Manager at our Randburg Office, where her value-driven leadership led to significant growth and success. Now, as Group Director and Trustee, Mellissa’s influence continues to shape the future of Danté, ensuring that our commitment to excellence remains steadfast.

Under her guidance, we thrive, a true testament to the power of leadership rooted in unwavering principles.

MS ANGIE BOTES

Ms. Angie Botes brings more than 20 years of Recruitment experience to the team, and is seen as a Thought Leader in her sphere of specialty. In her current capacity as Director, she is still actively involved in the day to day operations as well as managing 4 of the 8 Branches. She played a key role in championing the business transformation processes and work design at Danté Personnel, including POPI and the Communication and Social Media.

In 2014 and 2015, Angie was nominated for Africa’s Most Influential Women in Business & Government. She was ranked as one of the Top 5 (under 40 year old’s) for Professional Services in SA through the Std Bank Rising Star Awards hosted in 2014 and was nominated again in 2015.

Anneke Kotzé

Anneke Kotzé joined Danté Personnel in 2022 and has since become an integral part of our leadership team. From the moment she joined, Anneke’s drive, professionalism, and genuine passion for people have set her apart. Her ability to connect with clients and candidates alike, while maintaining Danté’s high standards of service, has earned her the respect and trust of her colleagues and the wider community.

As the leader of our Mpumalanga branch, Anneke has played a key role in building a motivated, high-performing team and fostering a supportive environment where growth and success thrive. Her mentorship style reflects Danté’s core values of integrity, honesty, teamwork, and passion – values that define who we are as a company.

Under Anneke’s guidance, the Mpumalanga branch continues to flourish, making a lasting impact in the region and embodying the spirit of Danté: people-focused, value-driven, and committed to excellence.

INVESTING IN PEOPLE’S POTENTIAL TRUST (IPP) BURSARY INFORMATION & APPLICATION

IPP Trust was established in 2016 to grant financial assistance to the previously disadvantaged South African Women/Females below the age of 35 years to empower them through education and training. The trust offers full or partial bursaries.

Since its inception from the financial year of 2017 up to 2026 we were able to award bursaries to 129 x applicants, with the numbers growing each year.
