MS SANETTE SILKSTONE

CEO and founder of Danté Personnel Recruitment, Sanette Silkstone’s career has stayed on track with the discipline in which she was trained. With more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, Sanette has built on her mission to leave a solid footprint in the Recruitment Industry, both locally and internationally, with the Danté brand growing to eight branches across South Africa. 

Sanette’s list of success stories just keeps on growing, with the following included:  Successfully running the Danté brand for more than 25 years; start-up of a B-BBEE entity in Recruitment; Online Performance Management System with electronic competency framework who can service different industries; start-up of the Invest in Peoples Potential Educational Trust; Office gateway an HR consulting company; Assessment centres focused on the screening for executive roles.

Her hands-on approach has led to a very successful management model that is a key factor in the success of the Danté brand. As from the start of Danté, Sanette has had one vision: to change lives while making a difference. This vision has not changed and will forever remain the foundation of the Danté brand.

Ms Dorah Tema believes women touch every aspect of business, and in the workforce the advancement of women is crucial to business success.

She completed her NDip in HR Management with the University of Johannesburg. She furthered her studies through a Managing Employee Relationship Course which dealt extensively with the Recruitment Process.

She is passionate about skills development and all aspect of HR. She is a high‐performing, strategic‐thinking professional with more than 10 years’ experience in Human Capital specialising in end-to-end Recruitment.

She is highly skilled at relationship building with Clients and across organisations and teams. Well‐versed in all phases of Recruitment and hiring, including defining job roles, assessing needed skills and qualifications, and evaluating candidates.

MS ANGIE BOTES

Ms. Angie Botes brings more than 20 years of Recruitment experience to the team, and is seen as a Thought Leader in her sphere of specialty. In her current capacity as Director, she is still actively involved in the day to day operations as well as managing 4 of the 8 Branches. She played a key role in championing the business transformation processes and work design at Danté Personnel, including POPI and the Communication and Social Media. 

In 2014 and 2015, Angie was nominated for Africa’s Most Influential Women in Business & Government. She was ranked as one of the Top 5 (under 40 year old’s) for Professional Services in SA through the Std Bank Rising Star Awards hosted in 2014 and was nominated again in 2015.

MS CANDICE DE KLERK

Ms. Candice de Klerk is a passionate, skilled Recruitment Professional bringing 15 years’ experience. She is a proud Cape Townian and leads a dynamic team in the Western Cape providing an full life cycle recruitment service to Candidates and Clients.

She has a National Diploma and BTECH qualification in Human Resources Management with the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. In addition, she has also completed various in-house Sales Courses and has a Certificate in Labour Recruitment Services which qualifies her in being well versed in specialising in end to end Recruitment and Talent Management.

Her on-line sourcing techniques has made her a formidable competitor in the Recruitment agency sphere.  She is a highly performing, target driven and a forward thinking individual resulting into a positive results of service delivery.

INVESTING IN PEOPLE’S POTENTIAL TRUST (IPP) BURSARY INFORMATION & APPLICATION

IPP Trust was established in 2016 to grant financial assistance to the previously disadvantaged South African Women/Females below the age of 35 years to empower them through education and training. The trust offers full or partial bursaries.

Since its inception from the financial year of 2017 up to 2023 we were able to award bursaries to 84 x applicants, with the numbers growing each year.
